3-Month Mastermind Experience

Month ONE - 3 hours, Location TBD

  • Break the ice, break through. Get to know your peers on a deeper level

  • Find your Purpose through individual and group exercises

  • Identify your goals and chart your course - creating 90-day “ROCKS”

In this introductory session, we will practice vulnerability to get to know each other and prepare ourselves to go deeper as a group. Each Mastermind will take the “hot seat” during the 3-hour session. Mariah will facilitate several group and individual exercises to build trust and set direction. The session will take place in a private, comfortable setting that will ensure group confidentiality. Each member will be asked to complete pre-work to ensure the best use of the group’s time. At the end of each session, the group will provide feedback to guide the following sessions. This experience is ultimately crafted in the moment. It is yours to evolve and change as the group sees fit.

MONTH TWO - 3 Hours, Location TBD

  • Back in the “Hot Seat” - Can you feel the wind?

  • Individual Deep Dives and Feedback

  • Group Choice focus topics

Session two establishes the Mastermind Experience routine and gives each individual an opportunity to share and receive feedback. After individual attention, the group will decide on prevailing topics and spend time in the focus areas of their choosing. The facilitator will ensure each member of the group receives equal time and support the group’s direction and goals.

MONTH THREE - 6 Hours, Preferably on a beach (weather permitting)

  • The final “Hot Seat” - Can you feel the waves of change?

  • Individual Deep Dives and Feedback

  • ROCK review

  • Group Choice Focus topics

  • Intuition Exercise

  • Future planning & vision crafting Exercise

Our final session will focus on the 90-day ROCK outcomes and the plan for the future. We will celebrate our quick successes and strategize for “what’s next.” Using professional coaching tools, Mariah will facilitate a session that feels like both an end and a beginning. Ideally the session will take place on a local beach (weather permitting) otherwise we will find a creative way to bring the waves!

At the end of each Mastermind Experience, the group has choice - continue or move on. Additional 3-month increments may be added and evolved to meet the group’s direction. Members of the group choose their own direction and all members need not continue to maintain the group; however, this may affect the subsequent session pricing.
